Services

Preventive Oral Hygiene Instruction:

This includes proper brushing, flossing and eating habits, ideal fluoride levels and the use of BPA-Free pit and fissure sealants. We strive to provide a fun, educational environment where children learn about the importance of good dental hygiene.

Restorative Dentistry:

This includes children’s tooth-colored and traditional silver fillings. We also offer white  (tooth-colored) crowns if your child is a good candidate. Our doctors are committed to discussing all options before performing these procedures and answering all questions you may have. Dr. Claire and  Dr. Michele will always invite you to sit next to your child during any restoration.

Comfortable Treatment:

Kindness and the tell-show-do method are the two tools we use to successfully treat nearly all of our patients in our office. We offer nitrous oxide  (also known as laughing-gas, happy air or N2O) for most patients. Laughing gas will make your child feel less anxious, more comfortable, give the doctors longer working time and will provide your child with a quick and successful procedure.  After the procedure, your child will breathe 100% oxygen for 3-5 minutes to completely flush out all nitrous oxide.  When your child gets up out of the chair, there will be no remaining N2O in your child’s body.

Hospital Dentistry:

If necessary, we may recommend dental treatment be performed by our doctors at Children’s St. Paul Hospital under general anesthesia.
