Dr. Peter Mielke is the founder of MapleTree Pediatric Dentistry and retired in 2017.  He opened the practice during the late 1980’s.  

Dr. Mielke’s mission was to treat children with respect, dignity, and kindness.  After, 49 years of practicing dentistry, he left a large footprint to fill in pediatric dentistry.

His practice philosophies will continue to be upheld by Dr. Claire, Dr. Michele and Dr. Tiana. His legendary quote will continue to resonate in the walls at MapleTree Pediatric Dentistry “Behind a child’s every action is a feeling.  Never deny or ignore a child’s feelings.”
